Conveniently located along Shenton Way, in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District and the Marina Bay Financial District, the UIC Building is a pair of spectacular twin towers comprising of a 23-storey office tower and a 54-storey residential tower. It stands in line with the Government’s initiative to encourage mixed land use which allows for work, play and living in a common space. UIC Building is an integral part of Singapore’s skyline; it was designed by world-renowned Dutch architect Ben van Berkel of UNStudio, who worked in collaboration with the established local architectural firm Architects 6 to design a building which would captivate the city skyline while providing a conducive and state-of-the-art work environment to reinforce corporate tenants’ standing on the global map. This stellar, state of the art design earned the building a Green Mark Gold Plus Certification.
