Amenities and Services

Health & Fitness

Within the Asia Square complex, office tenants can also access a myriad of health and fitness-related amenities. Just opposite Tower 2, people can easily walk over to a branch of Pure Fitness at Tower 1. At this gym, members can get access to state-of-the-art exercise equipment, personal trainers, and corporate packages. Similarly, a branch of Fitness First can be found in the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) Tower 3, albeit a further walk away from Asia Square Tower 2. Closer to Tanjong Pagar MRT, other options include Virgin Active, Anytime Fitness, as well as studios for more niche activities like yoga, pilates and barre. Fun fact: in 2017, Asia Square partnered with the Health Promotion Board (HPB) of Singapore to initiate health and wellness programs for workers in the area. As a tenant in either of the two towers, you can expect to see various fitness and educational programmes happening on a regular basis. For convenient walk-in appointments and consultations, tenants can drop by a Raffles Medical clinic in Tower 1.

Food & Drink

Businesses working at Asia Square don’t have to venture far to get access to daily amenities — plenty are available within the integrated complex itself. In Tower 2, two stories are dedicated to retail shops, restaurants and cafes. Level 1 houses a few boutique spots like Boulevard, a Western bar and pub, and Artisan Boulangerie Co., a cafe known for using organic farm-sourced ingredients. The second floor covers options that cater to a variety of budgets, including popular Mexican chain Guzman y Gomez, affordable Japanese fare at Wafuken and Tatsu Sushi for a more fine-dining experience. Employees can also grab a juice at the Boost bar on the second floor during breaks, or meet clients for coffee at the local Starbucks branch. Further beyond Asia Square, businesses are also free to explore the various F&B options nearby at the Marina Bay Link Mall and along Shenton Way. Across the road, the OUE Downtown Gallery houses a variety of luxury retail and dining options. Popular options here include the 6oz cafe, Snatch Salad, as well as SAMA Curry & Cafe. Also along Shenton Way are small food stalls and eateries in Shenton House, including the likes of Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice. Along Robinson Road, workers can easily find more options in the Tanjong Pagar and Raffles Place neighborhoods, such as the famous Lau Pa Sat hawker centre.

Transport

Asia Square occupies one of the most accessible locations in the CBD. Within walking distance from both the Downtown MRT and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations, commuters can reach Tower 1 through both the Downtown and East-West MRT lines. Downtown MRT is also officially serviced by two bus stops: Central Boulevard and Marina Boulevard.
